Introduction

ABSTRACT This lady of 52 years age had a lumpectomy for carcinoma Right Breast. Now she had come for follow up after chemotherapy and radiotherapy. On Ultrasound scan her both breasts were normal but there were a few enlarged lymph nodes in her left axilla not in Right axilla. The cortex of the biggest lymph node was 6mm thick and asymmetrical. On Doppler application there was much increased vascularity, also the flow was peripheral. Flow is central in the normal or benign lymph node. So this was mets or metastasis in the lymph node, but in opposite axilla. Key words: axillary, lymph node, mets.
