Dr. Md Rahimullah Miah is a professor (applied) and head of department. Dr. Miah has over 24 years of teaching and research experience. He is a research scientist whose books and research papers have been published in national and international journals. Dr. Miah has been working in the department of Health Information Technology at North East Medical College, affiliated with Sylhet Medical University, since 1st December 2019. He completed his PhD degree from UNIMAS in Sarawak Province, Malaysia, with two government scholarships in 2018. Before that, Dr. Miah was working as an associate professor at the Bangladesh branch of Mornington University College. He was also an associate professor at Jalalabad Teachers' Training College, affiliated with the National University, Gazipur. Bangladesh. In his PhD research, he discovered the “ISNAPHO Effect” formula, which is the root cause of digital disease and the cure of all diseases through the DRAST model, including cancer, coronavirus, pain, and Alzheimer’s disease. He was the first to give the concept of coronavirus, or “ISNAPHO Effect," in 2018 and promoted his research at seminars and conferences in Malaysia in 2018 to raise awareness; especially on 25th July of that year, he presented his paper at the Sarawak Heart Foundation seminar. He was the first to discover the cause of the global climate effect on health and the man-made digital disaster. His published papers are (i) Discovery of man-made coronavirus, (ii) Man-made cancer, (iii) Man-made flash floods, (iv) Man-made technological earthquakes, (v) Man-made technological heat waves, (vi) Man-made technological volcanoes, (vii) Man-made technological climate crises, (viii) Man-made technological stomach cancer, (ix) Man-made dengue & malaria disease, and (x) man-made measles and flu. He was the first to discover the coronavirus disease through his PhD research. His famous book "Discovery of Coronavirus," which created a stir worldwide, was published in the United States. One of his published papers received a wide response, titled "Effect of Coronavirus Worldwide through Misusing of Wireless Sensor Networks." The paper has been read 41636 times by readers since it was published in the American Journal of Bioinformatics Research in 2021, and the paper has been downloaded 6519 times with 36 citations [https://www.researchgate.net/publication/349881372_Effect_of_Coronavirus_Worldwide_through_Misusing_of_Wireless_Sensor_Networks ]. He was the first to discover the CRAST (Cancer Recovery through Advanced Sensor Technology), and He was the first to discover the ADRAST (All Disease Recovery through Advanced Sensor Technology) method to cure coronavirus without a vaccine, thereby saving the lives of millions of people and animals from the Covid pandemic. Dr. Miah completed multiple graduation and master's degrees from Chittagong University, National University, Metropolitan University, and Sylhet International University and also completed his PhD from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), Malaysia. He has published over 150 papers in national and international journals and has three published books. Syed Rashel Kabir

I am a Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh, with more than 20 years of experience in teaching, research, postgraduate supervision, and academic leadership. I received my Ph.D. from Tohoku University, Japan, and have undertaken postdoctoral and international research at Tohoku University, Japan, and the Kunming Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. My research focuses on molecular oncology and cancer biology, particularly breast cancer, cancer stem cells, apoptosis, cell signaling, drug repurposing, therapeutic target identification, and nanomedicine. I have extensive experience with cancer cell models, including MCF-7 breast cancer cells, molecular biology, flow cytometry, CRISPR-Cas9, gene expression analysis, protein science, molecular docking, and in vitro and in vivo cancer models. I have published more than 72 peer-reviewed research articles, including 62 SCI/SCIE-indexed papers, with several recent publications specifically focused on breast cancer and MCF-7 cells. My research contributions have been recognized through several national and academic awards, including the UGC Award in Clinical, Pharmaceutical and Medical Sciences (2011), the UGC Gold Medal Award in Life Sciences (2016), presented by the President of Bangladesh, and Dean’s Awards from the Faculty of Science, University of Rajshahi (2016, 2022, and 2025). I have supervised 28 M.Sc., 2 M.Phil., and 6 Ph.D. students to successful completion. Many of my former students are now university faculty members, scientists, or pursuing doctoral and postdoctoral research internationally. I am a member of several international oncology organizations, including AACR, ASCO, ESMO, and IASLC. I have presented more than 150 research abstracts at national and international conferences in six countries as an invited speaker, oral presenter, and poster presenter, and have served as a session chair, scientific committee member, and conference organizer. I am particularly interested in advancing breast cancer research in Bangladesh through multidisciplinary collaboration, translational research, knowledge exchange, innovative and affordable therapeutic approaches, and mentorship of young researchers. I look forward to contributing my expertise in molecular and biochemical cancer research to the Bangladesh Society for Breast Cancer Study.

Mohammad Monir Uddin

Dr. Mohammad Monir Uddin is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Physics at North South University. He completed his Ph.D. at the Max Planck Institute (MPI) for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems in Germany, where he specialized in advanced computational techniques for large-scale dynamical systems. He also completed an MS in Applied Mathematics at Stockholm University, Sweden, and holds both a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. His research experience spans a wide range of areas, including bioinformatics, deep learning, data science, and model order reduction. He has an extensive publication record in reputable international journals, has presented his work at major conferences across Europe, Asia, and North America, and has contributed to book chapters and a research monograph. He has completed—and continues to lead—national and international projects involving AI applications in healthcare. His ongoing work includes interdisciplinary initiatives such as cancer detection using multimodal AI, AI-based auto-contouring for radiotherapy, and treatment planning, highlighting his commitment to applying mathematical innovation to real-world challenges. Prof. Monir is the founder and leader of the multidisciplinary research group Big-Matrix Lab, which brings together experts from various domains both locally and internationally. Through this platform, he actively mentors students and young researchers in advanced topics in mathematics and artificial intelligence. Alongside his research contributions, he has played a significant role in academic leadership and continues to inspire the next generation of scholars in Bangladesh.

Professor Dr. Mahmud Hasan Mostofa Kamal is a Radiologist in Bangladesh. He is graduated from Rajshahi Medical College in 1998 and did MPhil in Radiology and Imaging from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) in 2007. He is also a Member of Royal College of Radiologists’ since 2016. He worked as a Medical Officer in the Department of Radiology and Imaging of BSMMU from 2003 to June 2008. He is involved in diverse Clinical and Research activities in BSMMU. He is credited with more than 25 National and International publications as Principal and Co-author. He has presented considerable number of papers Nationally and Internationally. His field of interest is Onco-Radiology and MSK Radiology. Now he is working as Professor of Radiology, Bangladesh Medical University (BMU). Dhaka. He is Joint Secretary General of Bangladesh Society of Radiology and Imaging (BSRI) and Member of Radiological Society of North America (RSNA).

I have recently completed my thesis successfully and am currently looking forward to completing my degree and clinical examination. Breast cancer has been a particular area of interest and passion for me throughout my professional journey. I believe that early detection, timely treatment, and appropriate multidisciplinary care can significantly improve outcomes for breast cancer patients. As a clinician, I am therefore committed to continuously updating my knowledge and learning from evolving global advances in breast cancer management. I have had the opportunity to participate twice in the Breast Cancer Preceptorship Program organized by the Bangladesh Society of Breast Cancer Study, which has strengthened my interest in multidisciplinary breast cancer care and provided valuable opportunities to learn from mentors and colleagues across different specialties. Beyond my academic and professional commitments, I am a dedicated govt-service professional and an enthusiastic endurance athlete. Marathon and ultramarathon running, as well as mountain hiking, are among my passions. I also try to use these activities and platforms to contribute to breast cancer awareness and promote the importance of early detection and healthy living. Cancer biology at the level of signalling - how a tumour cell decides to divide, survive or die, and how those decisions can be redirected therapeutically. Much of my work so far has concerned apoptosis, particularly how plant-derived compounds and synthesized metal complexes engage caspase-dependent death and shift the Bcl-2 balance in Ehrlich ascites carcinoma and MCF-7 cells. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition forms a second thread, especially the epigenetic control of ZEB1 and the Wnt/β-catenin, TGF-β, NF-κB and MEK–ERK inputs that converge on it during colorectal cancer progression. Gene-level work on p53 copy number and mRNA expression in breast cancer patients has shown how genotype connects to clinical behaviour, while transcriptomic analysis and structure-based screening offer a route from expression data to testable molecular targets. Aiming to build expertise in mammalian cell culture, quantitative expression analysis and functional pathway assays, so that mechanisms proposed computationally can be examined directly in cells.
